Panama produces world-class rum. Almost nobody knows. Three bars, five tastings, one evening — Casco Viejo at its most beautiful. Lanterns lit. Cobblestones gleaming.

About This Tour

Panama is one of the world's great rum-producing nations — yet most visitors never find out. The The Panama Rum Experience changes that. Over two hours, you'll move through Casco Viejo's most atmospheric bars and colonial courtyards, guided by a rum enthusiast who will walk you through Panama's distilling heritage, the difference between aged and white rums, and how to drink them properly.

The tour visits three stops, each chosen for their atmosphere and their rum list. You'll taste 6–8 rums including local Panamanian brands alongside regional Caribbean expressions, with food pairings provided at each stop to keep you grounded.

This tour runs in the evenings when Casco Viejo is at its most beautiful — lanterns lit, cobblestones glowing, the heat of the day gone. It's our most social experience and a favourite for couples and groups of friends.
