Do I need to book in advance?
For the free colonial tour, we recommend booking to guarantee your spot, especially in high season (December–April). Paid tours require advance booking as group sizes are limited.
What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable walking shoes are essential — cobblestones can be uneven. Light clothing, sunscreen, and water are recommended. The food and rum tours take place partly indoors, so dress comfortably.
Are your tours suitable for children?
The Colonial and Pirate tours are great for children aged 8 and above. The Food Tour is suitable for all ages. The The Panama Rum Experience is for adults only (18+).
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Do you offer private tours?
Yes — we offer private tours for couples, families, and corporate groups. Private tours can be customised to focus on specific themes (architecture, food, history, pirates). Contact us for pricing.
