1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services offered by Casco Viejo Walking Tours ("we", "us", "our"), operating in Casco Viejo, Panama City, Panama. By booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Bookings

All bookings are made through our online booking system (powered by Bokun) or by direct contact. A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us.

By making a booking you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You are 18 years of age or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian
• You have read and accept these Terms and Conditions

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices include all specified inclusions as described on each tour page. Gratuities for guides are not included and are entirely at your discretion.

Payment is processed securely at the time of booking via our third-party booking platform. We do not store payment card information.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by you:

• More than 24 hours before the tour start time: full refund
• Within 24 hours of the tour start time: no refund
• No-shows: no refund

Cancellations by us: We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to severe weather, insufficient bookings, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook on another date.

5. Participation & Conduct

Our tours take place in a historic public neighbourhood. Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward the community, local residents, and fellow guests at all times.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour without refund if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or dangerous.

The Panama Rum Experience: Participants must be 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated before the tour begins.

6. Health & Physical Requirements

Our tours involve walking on uneven cobblestone streets. Participants should be in reasonable physical health and wear appropriate footwear. Please inform us of any mobility issues or health conditions when booking so we can best accommodate you.

We are not responsible for injury resulting from failure to follow guide instructions or wear appropriate footwear.

7. Liability

Casco Viejo Walking Tours takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of participants. However, we accept no liability for:

• Loss or theft of personal belongings during a tour
• Personal injury resulting from participant negligence
• Delays or disruptions caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control

Our maximum liability is limited to the price paid for the tour.

8. Photography & Media

We may photograph or film tours for promotional purposes. By participating in a tour, you consent to the use of such images or footage in our marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide at the start of the tour.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Panama City, Panama.
