On this experience, a local fruit expert will guide you through 10–14 exotic fruits sourced directly from Panamanian growers — varieties that most visitors and many locals have never encountered. You'll taste nance, mamoncillo, maracuyá, guanábana, zapote, cas, and more, learning where each grows, how it's used in Panamanian cooking, and the cultural traditions surrounding it.
This is a sensory experience designed to expand your palate and your understanding of Panama's extraordinary natural abundance. It takes place at a shaded courtyard in Casco Viejo and includes storytelling, preparation demonstrations, and a take-home guide to Panamanian tropical fruit.
