San Blas Islands Day Trip (Guna Yala)

Full day · 4x4 + boat · Early start

About This Day Trip

The San Blas archipelago — Guna Yala — is 365 islands of white sand and turquoise Caribbean water, governed by the Guna people and reachable on a long but unforgettable day trip from Panama City.

The day starts early: a 4x4 crossing of the continental divide, then island-hopping by boat — swim stops, a natural sandbar pool, lunch on an island and time with Guna families who host visitors on their land.

All San Blas tourism operates under Guna authority; we work with licensed Guna partners, and your visit fees go directly to the community. An overnight version is available if you'd rather not do it in one day.
